“ The bag took ages to come, and I am very disappointed with it. At first I thought I had been given the wrong colour. I ordered purple and it's a very pale mauve which borders on blue-grey. It looked patchy and faded, but I realise that is the gradient. I used the bag last night, and I found the zipper for the inside money purse is broken. Also the decorative thing hanging on it broke off and fell on the floor of the train. Fortunately I picked it up, but don't know if I can fix it. I certainly can't fix the zipper. As there are no refunds on TC Direct products, and I would have to pay shipping fees and a restocking fee if I returned it, I am left with a brand new damaged bag. Had I bought this in a shop, I could have either exchanged it or got a refund. ”
